In 2024, we embarked on an ongoing residential building project for Barr. Ndubisi Nwasike, located at No. 8, Sactome Close, Silverpoint Estate, Tairv Village Excision, Eti Osa Local Government Area, Lagos State. This project spans a 744.990-square-meter plot and has been meticulously planned to ensure it meets the client’s vision and functional requirements.
The design focuses on integrating modern architectural aesthetics with practical living spaces, creating a seamless blend of style and comfort. Every detail has been considered to deliver a project that reflects both quality craftsmanship and our expertise in residential development.
Our Approach And Solution

We conducted a detailed site analysis to maximize the use of the 744.990 sqm land, ensuring optimal space utilization and seamless integration with the surrounding landscape.

The 4-bedroom bungalow and 1-bedroom semi-detached bungalow were designed to cater to both family and individual living needs.
